The great thing about this place is the consistency. We've been coming here for years for food - specifically the menudo. I am not a fan of lots of places but this place has menudo that has great flavor, great portions and you can get it different ways. I like to get this with maíz. The best is the tortilla hecho a mano that are so good. This trip also had us getting the carnitas tacos and I also recommend the handmade tortilla. The tacos are simple but crispy and very filling. The staff is courteous and quick. This place is anything but fancy but feels very close to eating in your Tia's kitchen.

A couple of errors on our order but they more than made up for it. Food was good. Was quiet when we first arrived but then got lively later.

I've been feeling under the weather the last few days. I usually go with Pho chicken noodle.. but I decided to go with Ana Rosas "Caldo de Pollo" (chicken soup) let me just say I'm not going back to any other local soup. Absolutely delicious! Fresh and savory. Thank you!
